The first Saturday of every month, Finishline Performance Sponsors the Outlaw 10.5 racing session and on most dates is combined with the Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association at Cecil County Dragway. This series has established itself strongly on the east coast and the growing popularity is widespread. Large turnouts and the added flavor of the Pro Mods in the schedule is an outstanding show. Track owner Jim Halsey combined with Dave O'Donnell to bring you the most serious racing of its kind each month and once a year as a special with the "Outlaw Uprising". 2005 was the first year for this event and its waited return in 2006 will be bigger, badder, and better.
